Located in the historic Cooley-Neff building in downtown Medford, the Pallet Wine Company can provide a wide range of services to growers and winemakers throughout the region. Within the 21,000 square foot structure, we offer full-service winemaking, storage, laboratory and wine education services to personalize your wine making experience.
