All the states that Pallet currently has access to require several permits, tax remitted, 3 years of shipping record retention, and a special label indicating that alcohol is being shipped. Here at Pallet, we take care of all of that for you. The states we currently have shipping rights to include;
New York- This state allows the shipment of 36 cases annually. Washington- No quantity limit in this state. Colorado- No limit on quantity. California- No volume limit. Texas- 9 gallons per person per month with a maximum of 36 gallons per year. New Mexico - 2 cases per person per month. Florida Idaho Illinois Missouri Minnesota Alaska Nevada Pennsylvania Texas Arizona Washington D.C.
