The Winery

Located in the Historic Cooley-Neff Building
in Downtown Medford, Oregon.

Located in downtown Medford, The Pallet Wine Company provides full-service winemaking, storage, laboratory and wine education services to growers and wineries throughout the region. It is based in the Cooley-Neff Building, a two-story 21,000-square foot structure recently added to the National Historic Register. Previously, it served as a warehouse for storage of lumber and dry goods

Finding the ideal location took a great deal of work and once we had it there was much more to do. A complete remodel of the building, including removing much of the main floor, was required in order to meet the production needs for the region. When we finished, we were set to go with a 36,000 gallon tank capacity, a barrel room ready for more than 1,000 barrels and a cellar that can handle more than 1000 cases of wine.

Coming in 2024 City Center Wine District
